President

Susan Bracht-Stanley

The role of the PTA President is to:

• Attend monthly Superintendents/President's meetings,
• attend PTA Council Meetings when requested,
• attend Board of Ed meetings (no set schedule, when you can),
• meet with Principal (once or every other month), keeps Principal informed of all PTA events and concerns,
• Chair committees that are programs for the kids when no one else will chair,
• conduct monthly board meetings,
• conduct monthly PTA meetings,
• address all concerns of the membership,
• work to promote the new school budget,

• attend kindergarten orientation night and gives a small speech

2nd Vice President

The second Vice President is responsible for:

• Coordinating all committee chairs (shared with 1st VP),
• Tracking attendance of all class parents at PTA meetings

Recording Secretary

The Recording Secretary is .....

• Responsible for taking notes at the PTA meetings and creating minutes for the membership

Council Delegate

Stacy Trebing

The Council Delegate is responsible for attending all PTA Council Meetings  once per month, and reporting back to the President and the membership on the main discussion points of the Council Meeting.

1st Vice President

The role of the first Vice President is to:

• Assist the President when needed with his/her responsibilities,
• Coordinate all committee chairs (shared with 2nd VP),
• Responsible for approving all committee flyers

Treasurer

Craig Schwartz

• The treasurer manages the budget and finances of the PTA

Corresponding Secretary

Angela DePaola

The Corresponding Secretary is .....

• Responsible for all correspondence both incoming & out going,
• Responsible for the PTA mailbox  & distributing mail that is not being picked up by
