Once on Parent Portal Login using the user name and password provided to you by the school (If you do not have your child’s user name and password, contact Mrs. Kennedy in the health office at 382-2680)
Login and hit submit
Click Emergency Information at top of screen
Input your information or double check the information already entered
Hit Submit!
