• Sign your family up!  We'll send you a welcome kit.
• Begin collecting now, collect all summer long and through the fall.
• Get your extended family and neighbors to help you reach your goal.
• Send in Box Tops in groups of 50 as you collect them. Use your Tracker to help you keep track of your progress.
• When your family reaches 500 Box Tops, each child gets a T-shirt and a "Club Membership" kit and an invite to a special "members only"  party in January. 
• Names will be announced on the morning announcements and we'll track your progress on our In-school bulletin board.

When you join you'll get a welcome kit in the mail. It will contain:

• 5 copies of the Friend and Family Letter
• Progress Tracker will stickers so your child/children can track the family's progress

What is Box Tops for Education?

Box Tops is a program run by General Mills that is designed to help schools earn money for supplies and education programs.

Clip to "Box Top" from participating products and send them in to school. Tackan earns .10 for each and every box top sent in. Last year we earned over $800 in clipped out box tops. This year our goal is $1500. Help us achieve our goal.

Certain retailers participate with the Box Tops program and will deposit a certain percentage of your entire purchase in Tackan's account when you go to their site FROM the Box Tops website. All you need to do is create a BoxTops user ID and password, log on and click on the link of your favorite retailer. This is the fastest way for us to earn money. If you're shopping online, please consider linking to your favorite online retailer via the Box Tops Website.

Each year our school submits box tops in October and February. In the 2009-2010 school year, Tackan  earned over $1100 with over $800 coming from our Box Top Contests. Contest winners earn great prizes!
